Data is hosted primarily in Switzerland with Infomaniak. Some data may be stored in adjacent European countries (Germany, France, Austria) offering an adequate level of protection recognised by the Swiss Federal Council (art. 16 nFADP). No transfers are made to countries that do not offer an adequate level of protection.

Yona System reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. In the event of a substantial change, registered users will be informed by email.
